5G innovation with SDN, NFV and vRAN described

A network capacity can be achieved through the summation of quantity of spectrum (Hz), cell spectrum efficiency (bps) and number of cells.

As network capacity is always be the main driver for technological shift paradigm to develop a high capable system.  Higher capacity of networks means better performance, densify of cells and access in a new and broader carriers in spectrum. We can achieve a Part of this capacity growth with the existing systems but 10,000 times of increasing data rate means we will have data reception and transmission with speeds of gigabits per second to users and machines

Research to gain 5G spectrum ( next generation wide area wireless network ) with the integration of personal area network (PAN) , wireless local area network (WLAN) , 2G ( using for best Voice and SMS ) , 3G ( using for Voice , video and Data ) and 4G ( using for massive mobile data )  ; these all earlier developed networks will coordinate and accompany each other to enter into in an fastest ever era by 2020 .

To achieve network capacity for 5G networks, both wireless and wired networks will be treated as a full integrated solution. Further, to achieve user specific challenges, continuous evolution of network densification into ultra-densify networks and device-to-device communications will be needed along with introducing new network functions and machine communications.

Network densification we mean slicing with SDN and after the integration of NFV,along with the virtualization of radio access network (vRAN) for cell site processing,we can achieve the desired capacity to develop 5G. SDN and NFV is believed to be an integral part in 5G evolution as the NFV orchestration layer can create new instances of virtual base band as per need basis and SDN can be used for connecting those instances with the radios as per requirement or can make the network of those instances together.
