Router with Access point functionality make it wireless router, we use Wi-Fi signals through Wireless access point to communicate with in WLAN, with b, g n and ac standards.
Moving towards cloud with the increasing factor of inter-connected things or devices, wireless router technology also evolving in sophisticated and comprehensive way with the reveling of WSNs.
